Alfred P. Hahn,
Al's 30+ year career in technology covers positions of increasing responsibility in technical service and sales at several computer companies, culminating in chief executive officer positions at two different electronic manufacturers. Al is also a past director of the American Electronics Association (AEA) and past president of the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI). He founded Hahn Consulting in 1988, and has since consulted to many of the largest computer, software, medical and electronics companies around the world. He has worked in virtually every industry where service or support has a presence. He is a recognized leader in service and support strategy, marketing and sales consulting. He has been an expert witness in four large court cases regarding service and support and appeared four times on television as a service expert.
